RTI Tools is designed for educators who need lightweight planning utilities without student information leaving their device.
Local-only data
The RTI Scheduler stores roster names, group assignments, schedule titles, optional school branding, and related settings in your browser using local storage (and memory while you use the site). We do not operate a login system and we do not sync this data to our servers as part of the tool itself.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag) to understand aggregate traffic (for example which pages are viewed and from which regions). Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. Analytics does not replace or read the RTI Scheduler roster stored in your browser; it measures normal page usage on this site.
Advertising
If we place third-party ads on the site, those providers may collect standard web metrics according to their own policies. Use an ad blocker or school network controls if you need to limit that traffic.
Exports
PDF and print output are generated on your device. You choose where PDFs or printed copies go (email, shared drive, paper, and so on).
